The Nike Dunks started to gain momentum in the early 2000's when the Pigeon Dunks by Jeff Staple and Reed Space released back in 2005. Since then the hype for the dunks have seen a recent jump due to the likes of artists and designers such as Travis Scott and Virgil Abloh. However, what many of these new "culture heads" don't know, is that many of the most coveted dunks are the GRs (general release). Here is the attempted version from Nike to create the '99 Goldenrods but they couldn't quite get it right. But these are still valid.
